Joe Nappa
Born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island, Joe Nappa is an accomplished workers’ compensation lawyer who has fought for the rights of injured workers since 1994. Joe is a longtime member of the New York State Bar, Injured Workers Bar Association, and Richmond County Bar Association. Joe was a partner at Helbock and Nappa, LLP, and Helbock, Nappa and Gallucci, LLP before forming workplace injury law firm Nappa, Monterosso & Poznansky, LLP, in 2020.
Over the last three decades, Joe’s legal skills and experience have helped him build an impressive track record of success in achieving positive outcomes for his clients. A graduate of Monsignor Farrell High School and The State University of New York Oswego, Joe earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1990.
