Rolando Cubela
Born and raised in Astoria, Queens, Rolando Cubela has been a workers’ compensation lawyer since 2017. He attended St. John’s Preparatory School and graduated from Hunter College with a B.A. in Political Science in 2013. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2016 and was admitted to practice law in 2017.
As a fluent Spanish speaker, Rolando is dedicated to helping Spanish-speaking injured workers obtain quality legal representation and protecting their rights to due process and workers’ compensation benefits. Many of the cases that Rolando handles are in the construction arena which tend to be very tedious and complex. Rolando’s dedication to provide exceptional legal representation to the Hispanic community, which he is a part of, is an asset to workers who find themselves in a time of great need. Rolando is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and Injured Workers Bar Association.
