Vincent Scamardella
A seasoned workers’ compensation attorney and Social Security Disability lawyer, Vincent Scamardella has spent his career fighting for injured workers in the greater New York City area. A Staten Island native, he attended Marist College and earned his Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law in 2010. Vincent also was designated as a Rising Star in workers' compensation law by Super Lawyers magazine in 2020 and 2021.
Vincent is a member of the New York State Bar and Richmond County Bar Association and was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York in 2014.
